All Saints with St. Philip Mothers’ Union
Our April meeting took the form of a quiz. Perhaps it was the eating of too many Easter eggs so that although we did not find that we had a ‘Brain of Britain’ amongst our members, we did have a very enjoyable afternoon.
We have two meetings in May. The first is an afternoon meeting at 2.30pm on Tuesday 11th May in All Saints Church. This will be a ‘Cuppa and Cake’ meeting with a bring and buy to raise some money towards the cost of Operation Sunshine’ sending the next container to the MU workers in Rwanda in the summer.
The second meeting is an evening meeting at 7.30pm on Tuesday 25th May in St Philip’s Coffee Lounge.John Fowler will be speaking about SURE START, the work he does to help families with young children. John is a very good speaker and everyone is welcome to come and listen.
