Minutes of the Vestry
Meeting held on The
meeting commences with prayers and reading given by The
Revd. Canon Christopher Morgan-Jones. Mrs
Pamela Ratcliffe was proposed by Mrs Mollie Neaves and
seconded by Mr Roger Manuell to be the Vestry Clerk for
the coming year. The
minutes of the meeting held on These
were agreed and signed by the Chairman, The Revd. Canon
Christopher Morgan-Jones. Mrs
Barbara Cook and Mr David Freed were duly elected
Churchwardens for the Parish for the coming year. Mr
Brian Neaves was thanked for the seven years he had
served as Churchwarden. Mr
Richard Sibley and Mr Roger Manuell were duly elected
Deputy Churchwardens for All Saints for the coming year. Mr
Michael Hocking and Mrs Denise Joy were duly elected
Deputy Churchwardens for St Philips for the coming year. Mrs Iris
Duke was duly elected Deputy Churchwarden for St Stephens
for the coming year. There
being no further business The Revd. Canon Christopher
Morgan-Jones proposed that the date of the next Vestry
Meeting should be
