All Saints and St Philips Mothers Union In April we had our usual
afternoon meeting which was a lively quiz, expertly
complied by Vera Alflatt. None of us
proved to be a Brain of Britain but it was
enjoyable. In May we
had two meetings. The first was a Cuppa and
Cake meeting of discussion and refreshments. The
second was a very informative talk by John Fowler about
the work he does on the Isle of Sheppey with families
with young children. Since this is the Year of the
Family it was good to have an evening concentrated
on work with families. In June
we have an afternoon meeting at Later in
June on 30th at Mary Shaw |
