Wine Tasting
In aid of All Saints Restoration and Development Trust
Saturday 6th November at the
home of Richard Sibley.
Jane
Farrant who organised the event had set us the task of
tasting and identifying eight different wines, four white
and four red. This proved quite difficult and there
was much merriment as the evening progressed! Trish,
Richard’s daughter, had prepared a wonderful buffet
for us and after a leisurely supper our answers were
checked and surprise, surprise, Richard came first, with
John Little, second. This was a
delightful evening and it was a pity that more did not
join us as they missed a treat.

Richard, Trish and Peter for being such wonderful hosts
we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, even the “teetotal”
car drivers! The event raised £110.
