Someone 'up there' likes me.
Well folks, someone 'up there' likes me, I am up--
and-- running again, well walking!
My 'Pacemaker' is fitted and is ticking over nicely, I
don't have to wind it up each day, the batteries last
five to ten years!
Monday 29 Dec, I was able to take a short walk and the
following day was able to drive, so I hope to be
attending church as usual
I would like to thank all who expressed their kind wishes
for my recovery, but most especially to Brian Neaves and
Peter Richards for finding time to visit me in hospital,
not forgetting the two lovely Hospital Chaplains, Susan
and Diane, who came to hold my hand, and administer
communion. My thanks also to my very dear friend Revd.
Donald Bish, for taking time out to visit me both in
hospital and at my home.
Again my
warmest thanks and wishing everybody a happy and
successful New Year,
Sincerely and Affectionately
Richard
