Mothers’ Union News

We had a very interesting meeting in February, when Pat McCabe came to talk to us about Maidstone Christian Care and how it has grown from the soup kitchen which was held once a week in the Archway to the new building in Knightrider Street.

We will be having a ‘hands on’ approach at our next meeting on Tuesday 8^th March at 2.30pm in All Saints.   We are planning to make a collage for the church, which will reflect the work and fellowship of the MU worldwide.  Everyone is welcome to come and get sticky fingers with us.

We will be making the Mothering Sunday posies on Saturday 5^th March at 2pm in All Saints and anyone is very welcome to come and help us. Just bring yourself, some scissors and any spare flowers or greenery you have in the garden.
