Civic Life in Maidstone
Councillor Dan Daley, a former Mayor of Maidstone, will be giving a talk on his time as Mayor of Maidstone at St Philip’s Church at 7.30pm on Tuesday 13th September. Entrance is free and coffee will be served after the talk. Councillor Daley is a very interesting speaker and involved in many events in Maidstone. Recently he was seen on stage playing the floor polisher at a recent Choral Union concert in Mote Hall. This talk has been arranged by the Mothers’ Union, as a whole parish event as part of 2005, the Year of the Volunteers.
