Fear Not Christ's body on earth The Secret of Living To Jesus I belong I come running

Fear Not
Child of My love Fear not the unknown morrow, Dread not the new demand Life makes of thee, Thy ignorance doth hold No cause for sorrow, for What thou knowest not Is known to Me.
Thou canst not see today The hidden meaning of My command, But there no light shall gain; Walk on in faith, Upon My promise leaning And as thou goest All shall be made plain.
One step thou seest, Then go forward boldly; One step is far enough For faith to see, Take that, and thy next duty Shall be told thee, For step by step Thy Lord is leading thee.

Christ's body on earth
A Christian you say, Ah! Yes, Our Lord's returned to Glory, And now on earth we know Our lives should be His story.
He has no hands, but our hands, No feet, nor eyes, nor ears, No lips, but ours, though poor ones, Except filled and His Spirit we hear.
Say then, dear friend in Jesus, When you awoke today, Did you talk to God your Father, Giving thanks, and asking the way?
E're you started on routine's journey, Or had that cup of tea, Did you seek his Face sincerely, And ask his plans for the day?
Or was your day all fixed How you yourself had planned? That job to do, the this and that, All nicely timed and grand.
O dear Lord, keep us tuned in To your Spirit's guiding voice; For whatever Service you need us, May Yours be always our choice.

The Secret of Living
The secret of living Is learning to pray – It's asking our Father For strength for the day!
It's trusting completely That his boundless grace Will overcome care And each problem we face!
It's walking by Faith Every mile that we plod And knowing our prayers Bring us closer to God.

To Jesus I belong
'A bruised reed He will not break' Is 42.3
If God uses broken reeds, That's us who are not strong, Then I am glad I'm weak - And to Jesus I belong.
Many of us who love You, Lord Endure some physical distress, Yet we can look beyond the pain To the One Who loves to bless.
We know we have a future Everlasting, glorious above, We are confident, assured Of his unconditional love.
So whether 'tis weakness of the body, Of emotions or the mind, In Jesus Christ our Lord True peace and joy we find.

I come running
Lord – I come running up to you In the way that children do, To be lifted in your arms again. As I climb up on your knee I sense your love surrounding me And the gradual easing of my pain.
As you hold me there in rest, With my head against your breast, I feel the gentle beating of your heart. I feel your breath upon my face In this close and special place From you I never want to be apart.
Let me stay beneath your wings, As my spirit softly sings - Acknowledging the love I have is true. Just to worship and adore And to know you more and more – Lord, I just come running back to you.
